However, RFC4193 clearly says that ULA is not a separate address scope and
is Global Scope, as defined in RFC4007;

Furthermore, addressing Scopes other than Global has proven problematic,
including Link-Local with its associated URI issues.

You should carefully consider whether it is a good idea to define your
new MANET
Local Addresses as a separate scope or as part of the Global Scope.
