If they decide no, then we will remove it again. I dropped attribution as I am not sure who wrote the above. There was a registry which was renamed in or around 2014. The working group chairs or authors could reach out to "IANA". The Area Director/IESG can then take a decision based on the feedback. Regards, S. Moonesamy
