Hi Alex,

Thanks for reading and the question.

I believe it is ok to leave it undefined, with the scenario in section 3
providing a high level example.

If a /56 is assigned, the ue may assign and delegate addresses per it’s own
only policy.

For example, if the UE only has one active GUA capable interface, then it
will consume one of the /64 for a radio link.

It may split the /56 into 2x /57, where the first /57 is reserved and
assigned to local interfaces and the 2nd 57 is allocated for dhcpv6 PD
delegation to downstream systems.
