I thought in this 64share-v2 thread that we assume that one can modify a 
parameter in the config file at GGSN and thus send a /63 to end user.

That would not modify source code in the GGSN, even though there might 
be a need of new code in the user equipment to deal with that /63.

It means there would be no new protocol.

Whether 64share-v2 answers or not the issues in the Problem Statement 
described in the Variable SLAAC - is an open question.
