I'm sad to hear you say that.

But let me try to says things in an even more brief and explicit way:

At the time of this writing, and for at least more than one year, I
haven't had any sort of employment relationship, contract, or received
any sort of compensation or payment of any form, neither from the folks
pushing SRv6, nor from people pushing against EH-insertion, or from
folks pushing any sort of alternative technology that might be seem as
competing with SR.

So, could you please explain to me what's the advantage that I'm taking?
And what for?

On the other hand, on this particular topic (and I've mentioned them in
my previous email, but could reiterate them, if you wish) you have taken
a number of decisions and positions which seem to circumvent our
processes, encourage violation of existing specifications, and
ultimately benefit an effort pushed by your own employer.

No single one of my messages in this thread have been about building
consensus. The have been about respecting our processes and rules. That
means, for example:

* polling the mailing list instead of deciding (on your own) that the
group wants to work on EH insertion, and,

* complying with existing specifications unless there's formal consensus
for them to be formally updated.

As a 6man chair, I would expect that you would be doing exactly that
yourself, as opposed to essentially suggesting the group is going to
work on a document without polling the wg for adoption (particularly
when the topic has been, at best, controversial), or encourage other
groups to violate the same specs that this same wg produced.

Thanks,
