I think there is one point that most of us agree on:

- There should be a regular check/cleanup/confirmation of use

One thing that we do not agree on is yet what type of confirmation that
is. A $250 annually fee might not sound much, unless you put into
context of a community that is fully volunteer driven and/or located in
an economny where $250 might actually represent a monthly salary.

I think maybe a call for sponsors (and ungleich would certainly be one
of them) could show who would be interested in this role.
