The OMNI interface spec defines a new IPv6 Neighbor Discovery (IPv6 ND) option used
for coordination between IPv6 Mobile Nodes (MNs) that implement the spec and the
network-based Mobility Solution (MS). The OMNI option includes indexes, types and link
metrics for the underlying interfaces as well as traffic selectors for denoting which underlying
interfaces should carry which traffic types. The MS uses the option to track the MN's dynamic
multilink profile. OMNI provides both "Type 1" and "Type 2" traffic selectors. Type 1 traffic
selectors provide a preference level (high, medium, low, disabled) for traffic classes on a
given underlying interface. Type 2 traffic selectors are exactly RFC6088 in all respects.
Please bring any discussion points regarding the OMNI option under this thread.

> Abstract:
> Mobile nodes (e.g., aircraft of various configurations, terrestrial
> vehicles, seagoing vessels, mobile enterprise devices, etc.)
> communicate with networked correspondents over multiple access
> network data links and configure mobile routers to connect end user
