        I remember seeing the ad from "SPAMKING".  In it he explained that
advertisers would get thrown off their providers.  However, he said, "you can
always get a new one....  just make sure and include your phone number in the
ad".  He went on to explain how one needn't worry about netiquette.


        This person ("SPAMKING") should be flogged with ten thousand emails,
and driven out of his miserable business.
