Hi Alex,

your point about Urban Air Mobility (UAM) is very important.

Here are two examples in the industry for UAM such as Honeywell and Hyundai
Motor Group.

- Honeywell: Advanced Air Mobility

Honeywell in US is developing the systems and services of urban air taxi
travel and drone delivery of parcels:

https://aerospace.honeywell.com/us/en/products-and-services/industry/urban-air-mobility?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=22-aero-ww-bti_uas_uam&utm_term=uas-uam&utm_content=txt-en-lp&s_kwcid=AL!7892!3!359304523821!b!!g!!urban%20air%20mobility&gclid=Cj0KCQjwsrWZBhC4ARIsAGGUJuqQPcJ63ehNQ9JibjBcSeV3R-sU3r9TIPxex3C7gsNVCC_Q4XWUuyYaAsHhEALw_wcB

- Hyundai Motor Group

Hyundai Motor Group declared that they will develop aerial vehicles for
Urban Air Mobility (UAM) for the transportation of people in urban areas by
2028:

Though the above article is written in Korean, you can catch their main
plan from figures and English phrases in the article.

I believe IETF needs to prepare for IPv6 mobile networking in this coming
UAM era.

Thanks.

Best Regards,

Paul
