IP in common parlance by many here means IPv6.

However, there is no IPv6 in cars.

Because of that, I think there might be a problem in stating that IP is 
supported/possible in LTE-V2X when there is actually no such thing as IP 
on LTE in Vehicles (provided, again, that by IP we mean IPv6).
