I remove 'For privacy, the link-local address MAY be formed according to 
the mechanisms described in Section 5.2."MAC Address and Interface ID 
Generation".

The section 5.2 will no longer be referred to, but just present.  A 
little bit orphaned.

If the author does not cry out, it stays that way.
