Neil - how do you feel about "mayShare" rather than "mayAdmin" as the name?

Sharing (RFC9670) has `mayAdmin` in its todolist example; while a Principal has `mayShareWith: true`.

Since Sharing is published, I want to make sure this spec does the most logically same thing!
