This is really cool. I wanted to make something like this for email a couple years ago, and got stuck parsing email in a jmap-kind of way. I ended up making this:

This is the email envelope -> JMAP code path from cyrus, pulled out into a stand-alone library and compiled to wasm so it can be used in lots of contexts. It might take some work, but you could probably make a simple jmap email server if you want to by combining our efforts.
