Hi,

I support publication. There is only one minor thing that came to my mind:

The example in Section 2.1.1. uses "Blob/get" of draft-ietf-jmap-blob, 
but it is not referenced in the text (only in other places after that 
section). It might additionally make sense to mention 
draft-ietf-jmap-blob early on in the document to make readers aware of 
the relationship between draft-ietf-jmap-blob and JMAP Sieve specifications.
