I like the clear advice in 1.3 Should this also apply to the COSE registry? It currently lists RSA1_5 as Recommended: No, but AES-CBC as Recommended: Deprecated. https://www.iana.org/assignments/cose/cose.xhtml If there are objections to doing alg none together with RSA1_5, I wouldn't mind splitting them up.
