Understandable. However, a timeline would also be helpful. This draft
is already more than a year old and has only seen minor changes.

Well, I take this discussion as just a rehash of the conversations that
happened last year; just with new interlocutors. None of the input
variables have changed and we are, I think, ending up with exactly the
same conclusions.
