I think the charter is fine but I too object to the name.
Kitten was funny because the predecessor has the acronym of CAT.
I don't think MOGGIES is funny. Perhaps if you figured out how to
turn it into DOGGIES or PUPPIES.

I would much prefer a working group name that had an easy to understand
meaning at first glance.
