I wanted to feel better about the way I look.

But I don't like running. As in, not going to do it unless someone is chasing me.

I also don't like eating grapefruit for breakfast lunch and dinner.

This one was as simple as drinking a glass of water and keeping my same routine.

I feel so much better now that my pants fit again.

So, no running, no grapefruit, and no more effort than making a glass of water.

I've been making a list of things to take on my vacation, add yours below.

Toiletries
Facewipes(for cleaning face on bus, other areas without facilities)
Stomach Tablets (for eating before you eat something unknown)
Bug Spray
Clothing bug spray
Toothpaste
Toothbrush
Floss
Sunscreen
Gold bond
Deoderant
Spray for bug bites
Multi Vit(for immune system)
Headache medicine
Hand sanitizer (small bottle)
C
Electronics
Camera -- Charger, Battery, Sim Card, Case
iPhone -- Charger
Headphones
Electrical Plug
Headlamp light (maybe)
Flashlight
Clothes
Underwear
2 Pairs of Travel/anti microbial/easy wash
1 Pair of regular boxers
1 pair of long pants (JEANS? ATHLETIC WEAR?)
3 or 4 shirts (treat 2 shirts with spray on bug repellent)
2 pairs of shorts (maybe buy a pair there)
7 pairs of socks (too many? too few?)
Northface rain coat (shell only)
Accessories
Sunglasses
1 pair of durable/brethable shoes... I was thinking a pair of athletic
shoes? I'm under the impression that, since I won't be doing any major
hiking, trail shoes would be too much (and wouldn't breathe enough)...
Am I wrong?
