aren't necessarily "too long" but are inching there you could easily get away with regular small instead as they could definitely be srter in all directions as well.

These are medium tall. A regular large is a bit too srt. No way a regular small would work.
The other guy said to go down a size and the regular length suld be fine these are way too long like a size and a half which would make sense to go down that much.  It suld hit midfly if your pants are at your natural waist.  These are all the way down your fly and make your body look elongated which messes with your proportions in the wrong way.
Everything is too long but the problem is mostly in width. You suld definitely wear a small tall. J crew carries that, they 
somewhat taken over and where the SAA has been avoiding due to Israeli retaliation on it's bases because the IDF views them as responsible whenever ss land in Israel, don't get me wrong I can understand such a mentality but when it's Al Qaeda maybe you need to take a step back.
