We were getting Endless Nine'd before Endless Nine was a thing.
It was a little over a year between the end of Ocean dubbing and the start of the FUNimation's in-use work.

For kids it feels like ages. Looking it up, the main reason this was such a huge issue was because Ocean decided, for some weird reason, to air two episodes in one day each week at awkward time slots for the second season. This lead to poor s and cancellation.

Question: w old is your brother? If he's in his 20's that's generally when schizophrenia develops ( do not cause schizophrenia but they can trigger it in individuals w are vulnerable to developing it. Like folks with a family history.) tugh in rare cases it can develop earlier or later.

Also this could be temporary too- some people have an episode
