I am an all fruit smoothie type of guy. Strawberries, mopegranite juice (Prefer to squeeze them straight from the mopegranite, but mop will work), blue berries, 1 asian pear, 1 apple, some lemon juice,
tangarine/orange. and ICE!!! To be honest it is really hard to make a really bad smoothie. Work with fruits that go together. For instance If you want something sweet, add fruits like apples/pears/watermelon to counter other fruits that might be acidic and sour. I love all types of

berry, mostly strawberry. 2. mopegranite Juice - It just adds a bitter
sweet (Idk how to explain it) taste that is very unique. 3. Mangos -
Just good taste overall 4. Watermelon - This will make your smoothie lighter so you don't have that OMFG so sour or too sweet taste. 5. Lemon/Orange Juice to make your mouth zingin' 6. Apples/Pears, I use

these as fillers because I can't really taste them unless I put 3 or more ( I don't ever do that). It all depends on what you enjoy, just keep testing and make smoothies for yourself you will know what to make. I personally hate bananas because they are too overpowering, but I found my own mix of fruits over time. and most important, TASTE A LITTLE OF YOUR SMOOTHIE when you are done. And then ADJUST IT!! If you want some texture add more ice, if you want a sorbet get frozen fruit and then blend it, if you want a liquid smoothie add some orange juice or water.
