Epic chocolate cinnamon bread

Make sure you have this stuff:

1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups of flour
2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of low fat plain yogurt
3/4 cup of canola oil
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips + more for the topping

Then do this with it:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and grease a 9*5 loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon swirls. Set aside.
Prepare the dry ingredients by sifting together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Then mix in the 1 cup of chocolate chips with the dry ingredients.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the 3 eggs. Then add the yogurt, oil, sugar, vanilla. Mix well until combined.
Slowly add the prepared dry ingredients to the wet ones. Mix well just until combined. Do not over work the batter or it will become though.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, and sprinkle half of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Pour the other half of the batter, sprinkle it the remaining brown sugar/cinnamon mixture. Then top it off with a few chocolate chips.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the loaf.
Once done, transfer to a cooling rack and allowing to cool for at least 30 minutes before un-molding.

Courts usually end in a cul de sac or similar little loop
