60 Year Old Grandmother Looks 20

Re would never do anything like this if they didn't think they had to. They have been  gouging and ripping everyone off flawlessly for over 20 years already, they better be scared. I and everyone else I know wants to get rid of them.

 I got a fresh batch of students after coming back from winter break.  
My largest cl size this year is 29 students. I teach high scol. I can't imagine having more than 30 students in a single cl.
My largest cl has 34. I teach high scol math. 
Middle scol writing. First semester, my biggest cl was 35. Now, my biggest cl is 24. Huge schedule changes made my life easier.

37 and my smallest is 30
29 in a writing 

This Grandmother looks 20; But how old is she really?

You know the old saying "never judge a book by it's cover"? You would never guess this Grandma is 60 years old. She says "anyone can look young/youthful again" in three seconds a day. She had us on the edge of our seats to find out what she is doing.

Should I use past tense or present tense in the situation below? I need the book "Last Christmas". But I don't have it. My teacher has it,I think he might lend it to me. So the day ends and another day comes,

I go to the school and asks the teacher:"I was wondering if you can lend me your book."
I think native speakers use "could", the past tense here. Can I use the present tense? Is it wrong
PC so I can grab a luggage cart with friends to bring in our rigs and bags.
