Re: Only I don't know how many serves you get out of this recipe, I'll look into that tonight when I start cooking

Neuroscience Reports that a mineral in certain foods is a core culprit in brain degeneration (ie. Alzheimer's).

The build-up of this substance causes neurons to short circuit.

There is now proof of how to patch any leakage that may be going on now, as well as eliminate future occurrences.

1 Pound bacon. 3/4 cup sugar. 2 Teaspoons celery seed. 1/2 Teaspoon pepper. 1 cup vinegar. 12 cups potatoes, cooked & diced. Parsley 2 Medium onions, chopped. 1 Tablespoon salt. 1/2 cup water.

I lost my husband, Ray, on January 15, 2014. He was diagnosed in 2008 with AD. The diagnosis was changed to Vascular Dementia in 2012. I was able to keep him at home with no help which is what I wanted to do. I had resources through the VA if it got the point where I couldn't do it alone. He was ambulatory and able to feed himself. I had been shaving him for the past two or three years. During the last year he was incontinent but we dealt with it. I had to help him shower (when I could get him to do it).
