I would say the deck is built "around" auctioneer, nestly. Leeroy was your win condition but Gadgetzan is what made the deck work. You can and many decks did sub Leeroy out for other cards (e.g. Forsen's hipster rogue which used Faceless, Southsea Deckhand, and Cold Blood, Arcane Golem as a budget alternative, or Malygos Miracle which used Maly + Sinister Strike as the win condition), wever, Gadgetzan was utterly irreplaceable and tournaments were lost when neither card was in the top half of the rogue's deck.
It was also nerfed because it was too strong, so not a great example. 
People keep saying this and at best it's only partially true.  Miracle got 

support so make use of that.Kalista's main strength is the fact she can kite for days, but the support cant (as well). nestly, vs the support, if you think that you could  the support, then  them(wow that sounded dark) and then deal with her. 

And the past bit: (sorry long post I swear I'll stop) I have found not using s st reliant champs(such as sona and nami) vs her can help a bit too, unless youre not like me and can actually make the s sts. Sona q does travel if it recognizes a target so it will hit(most of the time). But while poking her try to avoid getting

I use the screw, its tight. I can see the juice leaking from the air intake under the coil. And I fill from the bottom, with a syringe.
Hmmm it sounds like the air intake inside is getting flooded... So it must be one of the connections spots in chimney or a va drawing juice into the build... But w, that  is the question, will report back if i think of anything clever to ad.
You need to build the Lemo and Billow the same way - the opposite way from a kayfun.

Don't leave the channels open like the Kayfun, it's a very common mistake as everyone thinks after a Kayfun you do this will all of them - I made the mistake too.

You want the wick to actually cover the channels as the Lemo let's in a lot of juice which is why you're getting your leaking. So just use more wick of your cice and cover the area a bit more and try get a little bit into the channels.

TL;DR: More wick, block channels slightly.
I've been 

want to get a good quality player and also open a spot on my roster for Demar D.  when he returns.  I'm thinking of offering Kobe and Rondo for John Wall. I don't think valve is that dumb. The only advantage the p2k had over the usp-s was the ammo. While that advantage is valued differently from player to player, no one really viewed it as OP and most players that I played with seemed to prefer the usp-s anyway. It's probably just a mistake and valve is taking their sweet time
