I totally agree. That seems ridiculously high for maintenance.

Also, suldn't  intake be higher on rest days then on workout days? At least that's what martin recommends. I think OP suld re-adjust just his meal plan a little. Doesn't seem appropriate unless he's a pretty heavy dude or bulking.
Thanks, had a look, was actually +10,-30 and still a bit off, have fixed it since
Breakfast: 5 Eggs (4 white 1 yolk), 4 Slices of Turkey Bacon, Cup of Cottage Cheese, Black Coffee & Water.

Lunch: Chicken Breast & bag of frozen broccoli with water and coke zero

Dinner: Repeat breakfast or Lunch with a cup of brown rice and a salad.

Snack before bed: 1 cup of   Greek yogurt with one scoop of Whey Protein mixed in. 

Lots of water.
Vary your sources of food to get a better overall micronutrition spread and so you're not loading up on

in that you're not "The Csen One". You and Alistair were just lucky that you got relegated to lighting the beacon. The only reason you and him go on the quest to save the world is because you're the last two Wardens. There is no prophecy or anything like that.

exist to hurt women, etc), all I am saying is that the ones w are misogynists are probably that way because the women in his life have been denying his manod since the day he was born. For the same reasons cis men are misogynists, altugh it seems to affect trans men a lot less than it does cis men. 

The trans men I have known are not misogynists. wever, they do work themselves too hard, and ignore their own physical and mental health quite a bit.

I don't really know what you're asking but I'll take a st at it. Trans people can identify as men or women. It doesn't matter. the term transmen= people w identify as male and transwomen=people w identify as female.

its based off of what they switched to. Go by what THEY want
