There's nothing better than a nonstick skillet when you're making an omelet until it sticks to the pan, leaving you to serve a dish that looks like scrambled eggs and a mess to scrub clean. What went wrong? You may have made some of the following mistakes:

1. Using nonstick cooking spray
The spray actually cooks onto the surface and becomes almost impossible to remove. The result: Your pan is no longer nonstick.

2. Preheating an empty pan
When you heat your pan with nothing in it, it can become too hot, hurting your surface's nonstick properties.

3. Cooking over high heat
Here, too, overheating the pan can results in a loss of nonstickness.

4. Using a knife anywhere near it
You're bound to make little cuts in the pan's surface, which can lead to sticking.

5. Scrubbing with an abrasive pad or cleaner
Every time you do this, you remove a little bit of the finish.

updated Eclipse with the new SDK tools (rev 23) but now when Eclipse starts I receive the error: This Android SDK requires Android Developer Toolkit version 23.0.0 or above. If I try "Install new software" I can see the version 23 but I can't upgrade due to the following error: Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.
