5 days after the Ticket Switching Incident:

My fellow ociate at the Circus Desk takes a call from a woman: something about ing a possible special order at another store and wanting a different color. From her body language, I could tell that she was trying to p the call off to me. She is newer at the Circus Desk, so I try to encourage newer ociates to solve problems themselves instead of having me do it for them. I fed her some reasonable answers to the questions so she could relay the information. I take the customers at the desk while she's on the pne.

Eventually, she puts the call on ld and drops the receiver directly in front of me at the desk. She's fed up with the caller and confused about what they are trying
