We recently disclosed IPR against this WG draft.
An IPR disclosure that pertains to your Internet-Draft entitled "BGP MPLS
Based
Ethernet VPN" (draft-ietf-l2vpn-evpn) was submitted to the IETF
Secretariat on
2014-05-17 and has been posted on the "IETF Page of Intellectual Property
Rights
Disclosures" (https://datatracker.ietf.org/ipr/2363/). The title of the IPR
disclosure is "Alcatel-Lucent's Statement about IPR related to
draft-ietf-l2vpn-
evpn-07 (2)."");
The IETF Secretariat

Originally (2012) our IPR people disclosed IPR against
draft-raggarwa-sajassi-l2vpn-evpn-04.
https://datatracker.ietf.org/ipr/search/?option=document_search&id=draft-ra
ggarwa-sajassi-l2vpn-evpn and not on the WG document. One we discovered
the IPR was not disclosed against the WG document we recently resubmitted
the IPR against the WG doc.
