This one was about the duplication of authorized/denied sites under the cloud access - I looked more carefully and I think you may have deleted the wrong ones?  The new draft now has a choice "list-flavor" that only has one case...
[Qin]: The goal is to delete the duplicated ones, if you think we should keep list-flavor, this is fine to me and we can fix this in next version.
