Folks,
Given feedback collected from the working group over
the past couple months, there is consensus to accept
draft-morin-l3vpn-mvpn-considerations-03 as a L3VPN
working group document, and to turn this document into
a requirements document with mandatory to implement
features for enabling an interoperable implementation.

Furthermore, there is consensus to working group last
call the following two drafts and submit them to the
IESG for publication:

draft-ietf-l3vpn-2547bis-mcast
draft-ietf-l3vpn-2547bis-mcast-bgp

Additional ongoing work on these topics will be permitted,
but will not be accepted officially by the working group
until these three drafts are submitted for publication.

We have left some time on the agenda Thursday to discuss
this issue, should there be concerns.

Thanks all for your feedback!

Danny & Marshall
