The draft has a "no derivative work" clause.  The authors of the 
draft could consider either of those two alternatives:

   (a) Renaming the document to: Stalworthy Computing, Ltd's Robots Exclusion
       Protocol;

   (b) Removing the "no derivative work" clause.
