The issues raised in the previous dnsdir reviews about the content of the I-D
have been addressed.

The meta-issue about an Informational RFC updating a Standards Track RFC still
exists, though this remains out of scope for the I-D and dnsdir.

I have no opinion on whether the I-D should proceed on the ISE or IETF stream.
