FYI there is a new draft posted describing the Requirements for IDEAS.

Highlights:
- describes the Generic Resilient Identity Services and its functionalities
- lists the different categories of requirements.
- the two companion drafts are problem statement and the use case posted
earlier on aliases

Comments and suggestions for improvement are welcome.
