Dear lisp WG: Joel has decided to step down as lisp Co-Chair. For the last 12+ years, he has been instrumental in the focus of the WG, including bringing the updated Standards Track specifications to publication (which we expect anytime!). Joel: thank you for all the time and effort you have put into the WG; we all look forward to your continued contributions to the IETF! In consultation with Luigi and the other ADs, we have asked Padma Pillay-Esnault to take on the role of lisp Co-Chair. As you know, Padma has served as the WG's Secretary since 2017. In addition, she has been an active IETF contributor for many years. Welcome Padma! This change is effective immediately. Thanks! Alvaro.
