We have a slot.  We will be working on the agenda based on working group 
discussion.  The best case is the charter discussion has largely 
converged on the list, and we can spend a little time on that and most 
of the time on work items.

We will be sending a charter proposal to the list based on ideas from 
some of the WG participants once we have worked out some aspects with 
our AD.
