Well I mentioned in a previous email I have an implementation of PubSub in the lispers.net map-server. I also included a client side in the lispers.net lig implementation. So you can go into an interactive mode with lig, and request subscription for the EID you are ligging and if there are RLOC changes, the map-server notifies and the client prints the fact to the user.

This is an attempt of a network management use-case to monitor an EID-to-RLOC mapping.

I at least support this to be published as an RFC. I have no opinion if it should be proposed standard or experimental but would like others to voice their opinion.
