I'd like to say a few words about Joel. 

Not only did he run this WG for quite a long time, he was also involved in the Routing Research Group (as was Luigi) and started a lot of the seed ideas for LISP. I have worked with Joel for many decades and his ability to spot architecture bugs and issues is unique and makes him one of a kind. His expertise will be missed but I gather he will still be involved technically.

I want to say, on behalf of the original LISP authors, a huge thank you Joel for your huge contributions. I think the protocol and its deployments are better off because of your consultation and effort.
