In-Band Network Telemetry (INT) is specified in https://p4.org/assets/INT-current-spec.pdf.

We’ve been asked by implementors to include a codepoint in lisp-gpe to support that header.

I understand that the normal procedure to follow would be to write a INT draft that would request IANA to assign the needed codepoint. However, I believe that such a draft doesn’t exist and I don’t know of anyone writing it.

Is there any way we can reference in lisp-gpe that external spec and ask IANA to allocate a codepoint for INT?

Thanks,
Fabio
