Based on the description posted to the BoF wiki and the IAB/IESG BoF review yesterday, I've decided not to approve the lln-futures BoF request for Atlanta. The common concern about the posted description is that it covers too many topics that are only loosely coupled and that might be also be taken on in existing working groups.

I recommend you hold a more formal side session in Atlanta with the express goal of refining the scope of proposed work and, perhaps, identifying some work that is appropriate for other working groups. You'll likely get best results by making a request for a room (space is available for scheduling and reservation outside WG meeting times), announce the side session on the lln-futures mailing list, and come to the side session with some specific goals and an agenda to meet those goals at by the end of the session.

And, of course, the discussion to focus and refine the scope of work and specific work items can start now on the mailing list.
