Just for the record, my technical opinion is that we should not make
such a change.

As a co-chair, I wouldn't even be sure whether such a major change
would be allowed by our current charter, but I think unless I suddenly
see a huge groundswell of support for Leif's proposal, I won't
need to form an opinion on this.
