Indeed.  We apologize for any errors that might have cropped up  
during IANA processing of registry modification requests and we'd be  
very interested in working with interested parties in improving our  
processes such that those errors aren't repeated (this is one of the  
reasons why we're doing the internal XMLization -- it enables simpler  
automation the registry modifications).
