I apologize for misinterpreting Peter's original comment and starting 
this whole thread.  I understand that what he proposes is to remove the 
word "(Other)" from existing collection codes, thereby expanding their 
scope so that, for example, "art" would now refer to all artificial 
languages, including ones like Esperanto and Ido that have their own 
codes.
