wouldn't Chinese (Cantonese, Written) be divided into

Chinese (Cantonese, Simplified) and Chinese (Cantonese, Traditional)

I'm assuming a citizen of Guangzhou province, if they decide to write
in Cantonese, are unlikely to be doing so in Traditional characters.
Although my assumptions may be wrong.
