Hi all, we have started the process of updating the CoAP guidance draft. A few small but important updates were made this time: * Updated the text on base header processing to take into account CoAP over TCP and WebSockets. * Added text on generic processing of options for block-wise transfer based on input from Christian Amsuess. Grüße Olaf internet-drafts@ietf.org writes: > A New Internet-Draft is available from the on-line Internet-Drafts directories. > This draft is a work item of the Light-Weight Implementation Guidance WG of the IETF. > > Title : CoAP Implementation Guidance > Authors : Matthias Kovatsch > Olaf Bergmann > Carsten Bormann > Filename : draft-ietf-lwig-coap-06.txt > Pages : 31 > Date : 2018-07-02 > > Abstract: > The Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP) is designed for resource- > constrained nodes and networks such as sensor nodes in a low-power > lossy network (LLN).
