Hmmm...  I don't like resources.  I never have, it seems to be another amorphous summary metric like RLQ but associated with the destination modem rather than the destination address.

I would propose that Stan moves his resources TLV to a vendor extension (and clearly defines it for his users).

I would have no objection to including Resources in the draft as a worked example of an extension metric TLV that applies to a modem rather than an address, as I have vendor extensions of that class, and would like the draft to offer good guidance to implementers of such extensions.

If that sounds like a fudge, it is because it is.
