Dear WG,

Stan will be very sadly missed, and I would like to celebrate his life
by sharing a drink in his honour one evening during IETF-106 in
Singapore.

Please let me know if you are interested in an informal Stan Ratliff
Tribute Bar-BoF, and we'll find some consensus on where and when.
