I agree. There is plenty of IPv6 address space. Don't focus the discussion
on recycling IPv6 address space; focus on the use case and why it is
needed. If we gain consensus on that, what address space to assign will
take care of itself; if nothing else, IANA will take care of that.

By the way, I like calling it Multi-Link Local. The name clearly describes
what distinguishes it from regular link-local and even ULA.

If it is not clear, I support working on this.
