MANET WG,

In an effort to acquaint himself with the work of the group, our new AD, Jim Guichard (welcome!) had a look at the Datatracker 'documents' page of the WG (https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/manet/documents/) ... and found he could not see the forest for the trees! Indeed, in the 'Expired Internet-Drafts' section, there is a long list of mostly ancient documents. Obviously, the DLEP credit-flow ones need to be revived, but the others are I-Ds that were accepted as WG documents at various points in the distant past and have since been abandoned for some reason or other. Apparently, the way to stop these drafts from showing up is to set their WG state to "Dead WG Document". This is, therefore, what the WG chairs intend to do, *unless* WG participants give us reasons to retain any of these.

The candidates for removal from the WG documents page are given below in reverse chronological order, from just old to near pre-historic:

Thanks,
Don and Ronald
