Just for information I have created an updated version of my draft that I presented at the last meeting. I hope it makes it clearer (or even clear) that although an analysis of a purely responsive network shows up the suggested minor addition, that add-on is intended for consideration for wider use. Most of the material on a purely responsive network in now moved to an appendix - it’s a very unlikely set of circumstances that makes it possible (although if it is, the added detail is needed). I’ve missed the internet draft cutoff date, and also still hoping for comments on my draft draft. I’ll plan to submit it after the cutoff is relaxed, but of course it won’t be for this next meeting.
